9/22/20 11:51am- State Police arrested April M. Baldwin, 33, of Rushford. She was charged with felony second-degree assault. She was initially detained. The charge stems from an incident reported August 21st in the Town of Rushford.
9/22/20 8pm- State Police arrested 40-year-old Joshua L. Maxwell and 41-year-old Marian K. Nersinger, both of Belfast. They were each charged with multiple felony counts of second-degree residential burglary. The crimes occurred August 27th in Belfast, in Scio on September 3rd, 9th and 17th and once again in Belfast on September 11th. They were detained.
9/12/20 11:35pm- During a traffic stop in Willing, State Police arrested Kelsey R. Perry, 24, of Whitesville. She was charged with felony counts to include first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated and a misdemeanor count of using a vehicle without an ignition interlock.
