COVID-19 Statistic Update

In the United States, the COVID-19 virus has infected approximately 7.05 million people, and there have been over 203,000 deaths. According to the New York State Department of Health COVID-19 tracker, there have been 453,755 confirmed COVID-19 cases, and there have been 25,446 deaths statewide. As of 10:30 p.m. on September 25, Allegany County’s statistics are as follows:

Recovered Cases: 98
COVID-19 Related Deaths: 1
Total Quarantined/Isolated to Date: 1,546
Released from Quarantine/Isolation: 1,337
Currently Quarantined/Isolated: 209
Precautionary Travel Quarantines to Date: 904
Total COVID-19 Antibody Tests Given: 762
Total COVID-19 Antibody Positives: 35
