A West Clarksville woman faces multiple felony counts. Cattaraugus County deputies Monday arrested 38-year-old Natalie A. Hockhousen. She was charged with two felony counts of offering a false instrument for filing in connection to a suspected welfare fraud case. The complaint was first filed in 2018. She is due in City of Olean court on November 17th.
