Wellsville Police arrested James L. Cramer, age 66 of Whitesville, charging him with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street. Cramer was issued an appearance ticket and released. Cramer is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 27th at 4:30 p.m
