Closure of County Route # 23 (Hume Road) in the Town of Rushford Please be advised Thursday, September 24, 2020, from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., County Route # 23 (Hume Road) will be closed approximately .5 miles north of the Wesley Road intersection. This closure is for the repair of a culvert pipe at this location. There will not be an on-site detour to accommodate traffic, and motorists are urged to seek alternate routes.
