The collision of a truck and several cows caused the closure of a portion of State Route 243 in the Town of Rushford Friday. No injuries were reported in the 7:34 a.m. incident. The truck reportedly struck at least three cows, injuring the animals. State Police listed the driver as Alfred Irving Haskins, 60, of Bradford, PA.
