New York State Police Blotter – April 14, 2025
4/14/25 9:58 a.m.- After investigating a fraud complaint
in the town of Carrollton, Olean-based state police arrested Monica A. Barber,
39, of Cuba. She was charged with three felony counts of grand larceny
involving a credit card and petit larceny. She was released on her own
recognizance.
4/14/25 7:46 p.m. – State police were called to a shots
fired incident in the town of Belfast. An hour later, troopers arrested Carter
M. Jones, 20, of Belfast. He was charged with attempted second-degree reckless
endangerment. Court action is pending.
