New York State Police Blotter – April 27, 2025
4/27/25 9:01 p.m.- State police were called to a
domestic dispute in Friendship after receiving a frantic 911 call from a woman
who had locked herself and family members upstairs. Upon arrival of multiple
troopers, Raymond T. Hadsell, 54, of Friendship. State police charged him with
third-degree assault, two counts of child endangerment, resisting arrest and
obstruction of governmental administration. He was processed at the Amity
barracks and then transported to the Allegany County Jail for Central
arraignment. He was booked into the jail at 11:12 p.m.
4/27/25 2:03 p.m. – After responding a complaint of
vandalism to private property in the village of Belmont, state police later
arrested Craig T. Stiner, 54, of Belmont. Troopers charged him with felony
second-degree criminal mischief. At 6:07 p.m., he was booked into the Allegany
County Jail to await Central arraignment.
