New York State Police Blotter – April 9, 2025
4/9/25 1:48 p.m.- After investigating an animal
complaint in the town of Scio, state police arrested Russton S. Williams, 52,
of Scio. He was charged with two felony counts of aggravated cruelty to
animals, two counts of abandonment of animals and two counts of neglect of an
impounded animal. He was issued a court appearance ticket.
4/9/25 6:35 p.m.- On March 12th, state
police investigated a sex offense in the village of Addison. On Wednesday,
troopers arrested a name-protected 15-year-old juvenile from Addison. The youth
was charged with unlawful imprisonment.
