Sheryl Faye Presents Susan B. Anthony – Failure is Impossible

Thursday, September 24th

Video/Online event

Born February 15th of 1820, Susan B. Anthony was an American activist who was a pioneer crusader for the Women’s Suffrage Movement in the United States. Her work helped paved the way for the 19th Amendment to the Constitution, giving women the right to vote. She devoted her life to racial, gender, and educational equality. In 2020 we celebrate not only 100 years since the ratification of the 19th Amendment, we are also celebrating Susan B. Anthony’s 200th birthday!

Sheryl Faye is a full time actress living in Massachusetts. She is known for her first person portrayals of historical women and performs regularly at schools, libraries, online, and other events.

The David A. Howe Public Library is pleased to provide to our patrons Sheryl Faye’s brand new online video program Susan B. Anthony – Failure is Impossible.
