9/25/24 – After investigating a complaint in the town
of Andover, state police arrested Bradley J. Carter, 37, of Wellsville. He was
charged with felony second-degree forgery of an official document, felony grand
larceny involving property valued at more than $3,000, falsifying a business record
by altering an entry and making a false report to law enforcement.
