A Pennsylvania man, charged with three misdemeanors, is now in the Potter County Jail on $100,000 cash bail. State Police arrested 37-year-old Terry Mason Clark of Austin, PA. He was charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. He was arraigned on September 5th and sent to jail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for September 17th.
A Genesee, PA man was sent to jail following an incident in
Genesee Township. 66-year-old Rodney Lee Costello was charged with felony
aggravated assault, terroristic threats disorderly conduct and harassment with
physical contact. Arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Kari A. McCleaft,
Costello was remanded to jail on $10,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing will
be held September 9th.
