New York State Police Blotter – April 5, 2025
3/5/25 4:34 p.m.- During a traffic sop in the town of
Bolivar, state police arrested Kelsey O. Bannerman, 55, of Olean. He was
charged with felony DWI and felony driving with a BAC greater than .08%. A
court appearance is pending.
