Wellsville Police arrested Christopher L. Torpey, age 41 of Wellsville, charging him with Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Circulation (Class A Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Cameron Street. Torpey was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Torpey is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
