arrested Kyle D. Kruger, age 29 of Wellsville, charging him with a Violation of
Probation. Kruger was committed to the
Allegany County Jail and is due to appear in Allegany County Court at a later
date.

Wellsville Police
arrested Raymond S. Tylicki, age 49 of Olean, charging him with Trespass. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on North Main Street. Tylicki was
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Tylicki is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 9th
at 4:30 p.m.
