Wellsville Police
arrested Jamie S. Clark, age 32 of Wellsville, charging him with Attempted
Assault 2nd (Class D Felony), Menacing 2nd, Criminal
Trespass 2nd and Harassment 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on Madison Street on January 17th. Clark was processed and arraigned via Skype
before Town of Friendship Justice Szucs.
Clark was released, ordered to follow up with Probation (Pre-Trial
Release) and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
