Wellsville man faces felony drug charges

New York State Police arrested Andrew L. Crowner, 33, of Wellsville, for felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, with intent to sell.  Crowner was additionally charged with two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the second degree.  Crowner was allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine, and packaging materials for sales.  Charges stem from an investigation on Madison Hill Road, in the Town of Wellsville.  Crowner was processed at SP Amity then released on electric home monitoring.  Crowner is set to appear in the Town of Wellsville Court at a later date.  The New York State Police were assisted at the scene by the Allegany County Probation Department, Allegany County Child Protective Services, Wellsville Village Police and the New York State Police Narcotics Enforcement Team.
