The David A. Howe Library is accepting donations on behalf of the Salvation Army of Wellsville for Random Acts of Kindness Day! Your food items can be dropped off at our Curbside Location during our pick up hours; Monday - Friday 12-2 and 4-6, Saturdays 12-2. We will be accepting donations through Thursday, February 18th.
