Coudersport-based State Police arrested 64-year-old Roberto Antonio Diaz of Shinglehouse. He was charged with felony reckless burning or exploding involving places or property having value that exceeds $5,000. He was also charged with criminal mischief, dangerous burning, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Kari McCleaft, he was remanded to potter County Jail of $15,000 cash bail. A preliminary hearing will be held February 16th at 10 a.m.
