2/10/21 7:12pm- State Police arrested Rachel M. Kizer, 33, of Bolivar following an incident in the Village of Bolivar. Troopers charged her with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket for court.
2/10/21 7:46pm- After investigating a reported violation of an order of protection in the Town of Bolivar, State Police arrested an 18-year-old name-protected make from Bolivar. The youth was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. He was issued an appearance ticket for court.
2/10/21 1:35pm- State Police arrested Miranda J. Gregory, 42, of Scio. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She'll appear in Town of Scio court at a later date. Last week, in connection with the same incident which was reported December 8, 2020, Troopers arrested 23-year-old Dakota M. Jones of Wellsville. At the time, he was charged with felony rape involving a victim under age 15 and child endangerment. He was jailed on $10,000 cash bail.
