Wellsville Police
arrested Troy W. Wilson, age 22 of Wellsville, charging him with Reckless
Endangerment 2nd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on North Broad Street on February 7th. Wilson was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Wilson is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 16th at 4:30 p.m.
