On February 11th, 2021, at approximately 7:50a.m., Cuba Police
along with the New York State Police and United States Marshals Service
Fugitive Task Force arrested Jonathan Kemp (22) of Cuba. Kemp was arrested on a
felony parole warrant. Kemp was transported directly to the Allegany County
Jail.
