New York State Police – Feb. 6, 2025
2/6/2025- On November 13, 2024, State police were
called to investigate a complaint in the town of Almond. On Thursday, troopers
arrested a 14-year-old name-protected juvenile from Almond. The youth was
charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child less than age 17 (Class
D felony) and possessing a sexual performance by a child less than age 16
(Class E felony).
2/6/25 4:38 p.m.- Acting on a criminal warrant,
Painted Post state police arrested Patrick M. Rafferty, 32, of Addison. He was
charged with felony second-degree possession of a forged instrument and petit
larceny. He was taken to the Steuben County Jail and bail was denied.
2/6/25 5:25 p.m.- After investigating a vehicle crash
in the town of Hornellsville, Wayland-based state police charged Taylor John
Jackson, 28, of Canisteo with driving while impaired by drugs. A court
appearance is pending.
