Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts are expected Sunday afternoon into Sunday evening. The strong winds will usher in much colder air, with temperatures in the 10s and 20s and wind chills ranging from the single digits below zero in northern PA to teens in southern PA.
