The Wellsville Lions Club is dedicated to serve the
greater Wellsville Community in keeping with Our Motto: “We Serve.” One of the ways we do this is through
donations in response to requests. If anybody is in need
of our services or financial help, please contact any Lions Club member or
visit us on Facebook.
The
following funds were made available to the community by the Wellsville Lions
Club in the month of January:
-$1,000 payments for scholarship awards to
Serena Boussa, Cooper Brockway, Kalie Fuller, and Grady Ball from
the Scholarship committee.
-$1,000 donation to the United Church of
Friendship to help fire survivors in the Friendship apartments from the Health
& Welfare committee.
-$1,000 donation to Brody Mosher for special
glasses from the Sight Conservation committee.
-$500 donation to the American Legion 702
building fund from the President’s fund.
