Pennsylvania State Police Blotter – Coudersport Barracks
After responding to North Street in Roulette, troopers
arrested Nathan Spader, 35, of Roulette. State police said that during a
domestic dispute, Spader allegedly assaulted a 23-year-old female. Court action
is pending.
State police investigated a one-vehicle crash with injury on
S. Brookland Road in Ulysses township. Troopers said 68-year-old Nicholas P.
Fritz of Bloomsburg, PA was traveling south on a snowy road when his vehicle
went off the road, down an embankment and landed on the driver side in a creek.
The driver was taken to UPMC Cole for treatment of minor injuries. Genesee
Ambulance assisted.
State Police investigated a two-vehicle hit and run crash on
State Route 49 in Allegany Township, Potter County. The vehicle that was struck
was operated by Todd E. Langan, 59, of Ulysses. He did not sustain injury. The
other vehicle fled the scene.
State Police were called to a two-vehicle, three victim
crash on State Route 49 in Ulysses Boro. The first diver was listed as Tyler C.
Hanley, 40, of Cogan Station. The second driver was identified as Joshua T.
Przbyla, 49, of Coudersport. Also in his vehicle was a 10-year-old female
passenger, a 7-year-old female in a booster seat and a female infant. Genesee
Ambulance responded to the scene. Both vehicles were able to pull into the
Ulysses fire department parking lot. Hanley was issued a citation for failing
to yield the right of way.
