New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 15, 2025
2/15/25 1:30 a.m.- After investigating a fraud
complaint in the village of Andover, state police arrested a 15-year-old
juvenile from Andover. The youth was charged with felony computer trespass. The
youth was released on an appearance ticket. Troopers had previously arrested a
13-year-old Andover youth on the same felony count.
