Connie L. Cobin, 66, of 331 Grand Street, passed away
Tuesday (August 8, 2017) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Born in Waverly,
August 17, 1950, the daughter of William and Anna Cowell Clark, she had resided
in Hornell most all of her life. She was a graduate of Hornell High School and
had been employed for several years on the Turner Farm in Hornell. Connie enjoyed
bingo, playing cards and was a member of the former Eagles Club in Hornell.
She was predeceased
by her parents, her husband Dale Cobin, two daughters; Tina Lynn Turner and
Betty Jo Turner in 1984, two brothers; Thomas and William Clark and one sister;
Onolee Clark.
She is survived by
one son; Richard (Carolyn) Turner of Hornell, a Step-son; Joe (Jamie) Cobin of
Canisteo and a Step-daughter; Michelle (Mike) Lehman of Canisteo, Sisters; Anna
(Ralph) Donnelly of Hornell, Dorothy Emery of Hornell, Beverly (Gerald) Olin of
Hornell, Norma (Ben) Lousey of Tennessee, Debbie (David) Butler of Hornell and
Patty (Vernon) Hoyt of Greenwood, brothers; Jimmy (Jesse) Clark of Kansas,
Larry (Ruth) Clark of Ohio, John Clark of Alfred, Richard Clark of Canisteo and
Kenny Clark of Ohio, 17 grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, several nieces
and nephews.

The family will be present
from 2-4 p.m. Monday (August 14, 2017) at the Bender - Brown & Powers
Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo Street, Hornell. Funeral services will follow
calling hours at 4:00 p.m., Rev. Gary Miles officiating. Burial will be in
Woodlawn Cemetery, Canisteo.
