Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on August 17^th, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Frederick S. Snyder, age 46 of Burns, on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Snyder was processed and transported to Allegany County Court where he was arraigned and Released on his own Recognizance. Snyder is to reappear in Allegany County Court on August 30th 2017 at 1:30 p.m. for additional court action.

On August 14th, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Shane S. Hebdon, age 41 of Springville, NY, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant.   Hebdon was processed, arraigned in Allegany County Family Court, and was released on his own recognizance.

On August 10th, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested James A. Scotchmer, age 32 of Scio, on an Allegany County Violation of Probation Warrant. Scotchmer was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail without bail and is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.
