NY State Police Blotter

8/22/17 1:48pm- State Police arrested Kevin D. Burdick, 49, of Belfast. He was charged with criminal mischief and released on a court ticket.
8/22/17 10:42pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in West Almond, Troopers arrested Stephen T. Rainelli, 28, of Wellsville. He was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying a court order. He was held on bail.
8/22/17 5:30pm- State Police arrested David P. Metcalf, 31, of Hinsdale. He was charged with felony criminal contempt after a domestic dispute in Ischua. Bail was set at $1,000.
From Troop E, Steuben County:
A Painted Post woman has been arrested following an incident in Bath last month. Police said 31-year-old Stefanie Reed was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. She’ll answer the charge in Bath town court at a later date.
State Police Tuesday afternoon arrested 46-year-old Joanne Randall of Avoca. She was charged with theft of services. She was released on an appearance ticket for court.
An Addison man is facing five criminal counts. State Police said 43-year-old Charles Peters was arrested last night and charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a weapon and three misdemeanor counts of weapons possession. Troopers said Peters is a convicted felon and can’t possession weapons. He was held for court action.
State Police last night arrested a man during a traffic stop on Route 961F in Hornellsville. 22-year-old Michael Beardsley of Swain was charged with driving while impaired by drugs, drinking booze in a vehicle, pot possession and other traffic offenses. Court action is pending.
