Wellsville: Clouds may spoil solar eclipse

From the National Weather Service in Buffalo: Sky cover during the eclipse on Monday will vary across the region. Areas closer to the lake shores will have less clouds, and cloud cover will increase as you go farther south of Lake Ontario and east of Lake Erie.
