Bolivar man to face judge on felony level charges

A Bolivar man will face a Magisterial District Judge in McKean County on felony level counts. Pennsylvania Troopers filed a criminal complaint Monday against Mark D. Sisson, 43, of Bolivar. He was charged via criminal complaint with felony counts of burglary and aggravated assault. He was also accused of making terroristic threats, simple assault and criminal mischief. The incidents occurred February 27th in Ceres Township. A preliminary arraignment will be held September 6th. Also charged in the case was Katrine J. Hess, 34, also of Bolivar. She was charged via criminal complaint with felony burglary.
