Wellsville Police arrested Bradley W. Billings, age 48 of Scio, charging him with 3 counts of Torture/Injure/Not feed Animals (Class A Misdemeanor – Ag. & Market Law) and 3 counts of Neglect of Impounded Animals (Unclassified Misdemeanor – Ag. & Market Law). The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue on November 25th. Billings was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Billings is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 17th at 4:30 pm. Wellsville Police were assisted by the Allegany County SPCA Investigators.

Wellsville Police arrested Bryan M. Balch, age 30 of Willing, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor) and Harassment 2nd (Violation). The charges stem from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road. Balch was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Balch is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Shana M. Shimmel, age 44 of Friendship, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from a complaint made by Dollar General on the Bolivar Road. Shimmel was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Shimmel is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 17th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police arrested Jesse J. Roberts Jr, age 66 of Willing, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor) and Stalking 3rd (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on the Bolivar Road. Roberts was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail Pending arraignment in CAP Court. Roberts is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police, acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Kristi L. Sheridan, age 40 of Wellsville, charging her with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at 7 Eleven on November 22nd. Sheridan was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor) for being in possession of suspected Methamphetamine when taken into custody. Sheridan was issued an appearance ticket on the CPCS 7th charge and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 7th at 4:30 pm. Sheridan was transported to the Allegany County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court on the Petit Larceny charge. Sheridan is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant (Violation) Issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Rebecca L. Vancise, age 27 of Wellsville, for failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on September 3rd on previous Petit Larceny and Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st charges. Vancise was additionally charged with Bail Jumping 3rd (Class A Misdemeanor). Vancise also had an active Arrest Warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor), for an incident that took place on Maple Avenue on July 31st and a Bench Warrant for a Probation Violation, for a Violation of Pre-Trail Release. Vancise was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. Vancise is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
