Wellsville Police
arrested Jennifer E. Green, age 47 of Wellsville, charging her with Criminal
Contempt 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor).
The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street
on December 12th. Green was
processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Green is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on January 7th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police,
acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Rachel M. Sebree, age 36 of Freedom,
charging her with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th
(Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems
from an incident that took place on South Main Street on April 23rd. Sebree also was arrested on a Bench Warrant
for a Violation of Pre-Trial release.
Sebree was processed and transported to the Allegany County Jail pending
arraignment in CAP Court. Sebree is due
to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police,
acting on an Arrest Warrant, arrested Devon C. O’Hara, age 30 of Wellsville,
charging him with Pettit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took
place at Dollar General on West Dyke Street on November 22nd. O’Hara also was charged with Resisting Arrest
(Class A Misdemeanor) for an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue
on December 7th. O’Hara also
was arrested on a Bench Warrant for a Violation of Pre-Trial release. O’Hara was processed and transported to the
Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court. O’Hara is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court at a later date.
