The Allegany County Legislature will hold its organization meeting on January 2nd. W. Brooke Harris (Alfred) is expected to continue to serve as the legislative chair while Kevin (Fred) Demick (Angelica) will serve as vice-chair. The official newspapers for legal notices, etc. will be Olean Times Herald and The Alfred Sun. Wellsville Regional News will continue to provide public notices at NO cost to taxpayers.

RESOLVED:
1. That Legislator W. Brooke Harris is appointed
Chairman of this Board of Legislators, with a term of office commencing January
1, 2025, and expiring December 31, 2025.
2. That said Chairman is authorized to
appoint the Board members to serve on each of the standing and special
committees of this Board which have been or may be established by this Board.
