Wellsville Police Blotter - Dec. 17, 2024

Date: Tuesday December 17, 2024 

Wellsville Police arrested Daniell E. Webster, age 34 of Wellsville, charging her with Pettit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road on December 16^th.  Webster was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Webster is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 7^th at 4:30 pm.

 

Wellsville Police arrested Amanda M. Bowker, age 37 and Jonathon K. Dannheim, age 31 both of Willing, charging them each with Pettit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor).  The charges stem from an incident that took place at Dollar General on West Dyke Street on December 16^th.  Bowker and Dannheim were processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  Bowker was released on pre-trial supervision with the Allegany County Probation Department.  Bowker is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 4^th at 4:30 pm.  Dannhiem was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 4^th at 4:30 pm.

 

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Jacob D. Hanigan, age 31 of Genesee, NY, charging him with failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 19^th on a previous Criminal Trespass 2^nd charge.  Hanigan was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  Hanigan was released on Pre-Trial supervision with the Allegany County Probation Department.  Hanigan is due back in Wellsville Village Court on February 18^th at 4:30 pm.
