12/30/24 2:20 p.m.- State police filed charged
stemming a one-vehicle crash with injury on County Road 16 in Birdsall.
Troopers listed the driver as Nathan D. Green, 64, of Canaseraga. He was
charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, driving while
intoxicated and having a BAC of more than .08%. He’ll answer the charges in
court at a later date.
12/30/24 8:55 p.m.- After investigating a domestic
dispute, state police arrested Timothy G. Sullivan, 57, of Canaseraga. He was
charged with felony second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree menacing.
He was taken to the county jail for Central arraignment. In a separate case, in
North Dansville, Sullivan was charged with criminal possession of a controlled
substance.
