12/17/24 11:20 a.m.- After investigating an animal
complaint in the town of Wellsville, state police arrested David W. Brace, 53,
of Wellsville. He was charged with misdemeanor torturing or injuring
animals/failure to provide sustenance. He was released on an appearance ticket
for court.
12/17/24 8:37 p.m.- Troopers were called to a domestic-family
offense in the town of Caneadea. As a result, state police arrested Antonio
Cristobal Fernandez, 27, of Springville. He was charged with felony
first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated harassment for threats allegedly
made by telephone. Court action is pending.
