Two people from Bolivar were jailed following a burglary on the Portville Ceres Road in Portville. Cattaraugus County deputies arrested 42-year-old Katherine Ray and 41-year-old Brandon Gaines, both from 20 North Main Street in Bolivar. Each was charged with felony burglary, criminal trespass and possession of burglar tools. Gaines was remanded to jail without bail because he had two or more felony convictions in his history while Ray was sent to jail with bail set at $2,500 cash. Further court action is pending.
