4/20/24 6:47 p.m.- During an incident in Andover, state police arrested Matthew C. Labor, 19, of Export, PA. He was charged with first degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. A court appearance is pending.
4/21/24 1:04 a.m.- During a traffic stop in the village of Alfred, state police arrested Tyler J. Dehaven of Rochester. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a BAC over .08%. He was released on an appearance ticket for court.
