4/12/24 10:13 a.m.- After investigating an incident in the town of Ward and reported July 8, 2023, Amity-based state police arrested Thomas W. McCabe, 46, of Scio. He was charged with felony burglary and felony grand larceny. He was detained. Earlier this month, troopers also arrested Jeremy J. Burke, 30, of Wellsville. He was also charged with burglary and grand larceny.

4/12/24 10:13 a.m.- State Police arrested Thomas McCabe, 46, of Scio; Dustin Childs, 42, of Wellsville and Dylan M. Perkins, 21, of Bolivar. Each was charged with felony enterprise corruption: criminal activity. All three were detained.

4/12/24 10:13 a.m.- State Police, after investigating an incident in the village of Bolivar, arrested Thomas W. McCabe, 46, of Scio with felony criminal possession of stolen property values at more than $3,000.

4/12/24 4 p.m.- In a case from Scio, state police arrested Thomas W. McCabe, 46, of Scio and Leah E. McCabe of Scio. Both were charged five counts of criminal possession of stolen property, felony criminal possession of Meth, felony criminal possession of Meth with intent to sell, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child. They were detained.

4/12/24 10:13 a.m.- Following an incident in Portville, state police arrested Dustin J. Childs, 42, of Wellsville, Thomas McCabe of Scio and Leah McCabe of Scio. Each was charged with felony criminal mischief and felony criminal possession of stolen property valued at more than $3,000.
