Wellsville Police
arrested Isaac B. Miles, age 23 of Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd
(Violation). The charge stems from an
incident that took place on East Fassett Street on January 28th. Miles was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.
Miles was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 4th
at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police
arrested Nathaniel A. Roeske, age 34 of Wellsville, charging him on a Fugitive
of Justice Warrant from Pennsylvania.
Roeske was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
Thompson. Roeske was committed to the
Allegany County Jail without bail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
