Potter County District Courts
District judge Bryan D. Phelps today filed a criminal
complaint against Fredrick Henry Dunn, 18, of Coudersport. Boro police charged
him with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, engaging in
fighting and harassment with physical contact. A preliminary hearing is
pending.
