On April 12th, 2024, at approximately 7:30AM, Cuba Police arrested Leah E. McCabe (45) of Scio, NY. Mccabe was arrested on two bench warrants in reference to charges of petit larceny (Misdemeanor), insufficient lights on a motor vehicle (Violation) and aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd (Unclassified Misdemeanor). Mccabe was processed, placed in front of a judge and sent to the Allegany County Jail on no bail. McCabe is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
