Wellsville Police arrested Rachel M. Sebree, age 35 of Andover, charging her with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (Class A Misdemeanor). One charge stems from an incident that took place on South Main Street on June 8, 2023, while the second charge was a result of Sebree being in Possession of a Controlled Substance when taken into custody on the Arrest Warrant charge from 2023. Sebree was processed and arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice Graves. Sebree was released and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 7th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police arrested Nathaniel A. Dejac, age 25 of Wellsville, charging him with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd (Class A Misdemeanor) and Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from an incident that took place on South Broad Street. Dejac was issued an appearance ticket and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 7th at 4:30 pm.
