In the 1990's, while at Alfred University, myself and Jacob Cooper were selected to go to Washington, DC and attend the 'Center for the Study of the Presidency.' J drove us down...it was an amazing time...and yes, we, and others, slipped into Georgetown to assess the scene (I rode in the trunk). It was a good time.
