Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Stephanie R. Morse, age 31 of Andover, for failure to appear in Court on previous Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th , AUO 3rd and other Vehicle & Traffic charges. Morse was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Morse was released under pre-trial supervision by the Allegany County Probation Department. Morse is due back in Wellsville Village Court at a later date.

Wellsville Police arrested Jud E. Clark, age 32 of Eldred, PA, charging him with Petit Larceny (Class A Misdemeanor). The charge stems from an incident that took place at Dollar General on the Bolivar Road on March 25th . Clark was also arrested on a Bench Warrant for Failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 2nd on prior Petit Larceny and Resisting Arrest charges. Clark was processed and arraigned before Town of Wellsville Justice Graves. Clark was released and is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 pm.
