Wellsville Police Blotter

Date: Monday April 8, 2024

 Wellsville Police arrested Tracy L. Murray, age 49 of Andover, charging her with a Probation Violation.  Murray was transported to the Allegany County Jail pending arraignment in Allegany County Court.

Date: Tuesday April 9, 2024 

Wellsville Police arrested Brooke E. Billings, age 32 of Independence, charging her with DWI (Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th (Class A Misdemeanor), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3^rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Operating while Registration Suspended or Revoked (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Uninspected Motor Vehicle (Infraction), Operating without Insurance (Infraction) and Inadequate Brakes (Infraction).  The charges stem from a traffic stop on West Hanover Street.  Billings was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  Billings was released to a third party and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 21^st at 4:30 pm.

 

Wellsville Police, acting on two Bench Warrants issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Tristan R. Collins, age 26 of Wellsville, for failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on April 2^nd on two prior Petit Larceny charges.  Collins was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  Collins was released under pre-trial supervision by the Allegany County Probation Department.  Collins is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 7^th at 4:30 pm.
