New York State Police Blotter – Feb. 12, 2025
2/12/25 7:44 p.m.- on January 25, 2025, State Police
investigated a one-vehicle crash with injury on Trapping Brook Road in the town
of Andover. On Wednesday troopers arrested Tyler R. Scutt, 39, of Wellsville.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated. He’ll appear in court at a later
date.
