On February 11th, 2025, at approximately 7:35 PM, Cuba Police arrested Cory A. Pearse (36) of Wellsville, NY following a complaint of a stolen U-Haul. Pearse was arrested on charges of grand larceny 2nd (Felony). Pearse was processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Pearse is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
On February 11th, 2025, at approximately 8:07 PM, Cuba Police arrested a juvenile of Wellsville, NY. This juvenile was arrested on charges of assault 2nd (Felony) and unlawful imprisonment (Felony). This juvenile was processed and released to a guardian. This juvenile is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.

Police arrested Robert K. Amundson (71) of Cuba following several complaints.
Amundson was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without insurance
(Violation), operating a motor vehicle without registration (Violation),
aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd (Unclassified Misdemeanor), circumventing
an ignition interlock system (Misdemeanor), petit larceny (Misdemeanor) and
criminal possession of stolen property 5th (Misdemeanor). Amundson was
processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await arraignment. Amundson
is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of Law.
